Administration: Receptionist/Switchboard
Receptionist - Part-time/Temporary - Minnesota Vikings (Eden Prairie, MN)

The Minnesota Vikings are looking for a part time temporary Receptionist at our Eden Prairie headquarters.  The person in this position will greet visitors, answer phones, accept deliveries, sort mail, and perform other general administrative duties as needed. 

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 9:30am-3pm.  We prefer candidates who can commit to the position until March 2018 (when the new Vikings headquarters will open in Eagan), but will potentially consider candidates who can commit to working the full summer of 2017.  Local candidates only – no phone calls please. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, accept deliveries

  • Sort incoming mail and assist with outgoing deliveries

  • Manage the inventory of the mail room, reorder and restock as necessary

  • Miscellaneous projects, such as assisting with mailings

  • Understand and follow all security procedures

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma
  • At least one year of administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power Point, Outlook
